SoundBubble (com.codezamlabs.soundbubble) is developed by Codezam Labs. This privacy policy explains exactly how we handle your information — spoiler: we don't collect anything. The app works completely offline, requires no account, and never sends data anywhere.
Zero‑Data Promise
- No personal data — name, email, phone, address: never collected
- No advertising ID — we never access or transmit the Android Advertising ID
- No analytics, crash reporting, or Firebase — zero third-party SDKs
- No account required — use instantly, 100% anonymous
- No cloud backup — preferences stored only on your device
Permissions explained
SoundBubble requests only the permissions needed for floating volume control. None are used to collect data.

Data stored on your device
SoundBubble saves only your preferences locally using Android DataStore. This information never leaves your phone:
- Bubble appearance (opacity, size, color)
- Last bubble position on screen
- Service enabled state and ringer mode preference
🗑️ Clear data anytime: Settings → Apps → SoundBubble → Clear storage. We have no remote servers to delete from.
Data we do NOT collect
- Android Advertising ID — we do NOT access, collect, or transmit the advertising identifier or any resettable device ID.
- No name, email, phone number, or any personally identifiable information (PII).
- No audio recordings, files, call logs, or browsing history.
- No crash reports or performance tracking tools.
Google Play Data Safety
In compliance with Google Play's Data Safety policy, SoundBubble declares it does not collect, share, or process:
- Location, personal info (name, email, address, phone)
- Financial or payment information
- Health, fitness, or biometric data
- Messages, SMS, or any communication content
- Photos, videos, or audio files
- Calendar, contacts, or call logs
- App activity, web browsing, or search history
- Crash logs or diagnostics
- Android Advertising ID or any device identifier
Children's privacy
SoundBubble is designed for all ages (under 5 to 18+). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app operates fully offline with no tracking, no targeted content, and no risk to children's privacy.
We fully comply with COPPA and GDPR-K — no data collection means no consent required.
Security
SoundBubble has no internet permission and transmits zero data. There is no risk of remote data breaches, server leaks, or unauthorized access from our side. Your preferences live in your device's protected app sandbox, inaccessible to other apps.
No cloud. No backend. No risk.
Changes to this policy
If we update this Privacy Policy, changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated policy. Because we never add tracking, changes will be rare.
